Nora runs the routine: it follows the content calendar, sends each draft for approval, keeps proof of every post that goes live, watches the ad accounts for spend and delivery problems, and prepares a one-page pre-read from public information before your first call.
What you see: Drafts to approve on WhatsApp, proof of what went live, and an alert when something in an ad account needs attention.
Tara turns an approved brief into posts, ad images and cards in your brand rules: your colors, your type, your logo size, your voice.
What you see: Finished artwork in the sizes each platform needs, shown to you in full before anything is published.
Frame turns a recording (a shoot, a talk, a conversation recorded with consent) into short clips and a transcript that feed posts, ads and written notes.
What you see: Clips cut to each platform, with a transcript you can check word for word.
An inquiry is a conversation started, as the platform counts it. It is not a booking or a sale. Where we do not know what happened after an inquiry, Command says so rather than estimating it.
Ad accounts, analytics, tag containers, pages and domains are created in your name, or stay in your name if they already exist. Ad spend is paid by you to the platforms and never passes through us. If the work ends, you keep everything, and we remove our access.
