Privacy
We collect only what you give us to reply to you and arrange your call with the Director. We run no advertising or tracking tags, store nothing on your device unless you choose a market or open a form, never sell your details, and delete them on request within 90 days.

Who is responsible
Tessmont Technologies Private Limited, is responsible for your personal data on this site. The named contact for every privacy question and request is CA Mohammed Baaqar Shariff, Director: growth@tessmonttechnologies.com, or WhatsApp +91 89041 67560.
What we collect, item by item
- Your inquiry (the pre-call card or the contact form): one way to reach you (a WhatsApp or phone number, or an email address), and whatever else you choose to give: your name, your business name, its nature, what you want help with, a note, where you are, how many locations, who you are, how you heard of us and a good time to call. We also record the page you sent it from, the sector, the market and the language.
- Messages and calls: what you send us on WhatsApp or email, and your number when you call.
- Page-view events: the page, sector, market, language, screen size, the name of the site that sent you and which contact button you tapped, plus the country our server sees. No name, number, email or cookie is attached.
- The spam check on forms: when you open a form, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person is using it; see the storage table below.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange and hold your call with the Director, send the three practical actions in writing, and follow up once. Page-view events are counted to learn which pages lead to conversations. Nothing is used for advertising, sold or shared for anyone else's marketing.
What is stored on your device
Checked against the site's code on September 29, 2026. It is checked again whenever a script, embed or storage item is added.

There is no consent banner because nothing is stored on your device except by your own action. If that ever changes, a banner with equal accept and reject choices appears first.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare: hosting, DNS, the site's server functions, the short-term backup store for inquiries (Workers KV) and the spam check (Turnstile). Command, our own reporting software, also runs on Cloudflare.
- Zoho Mail: the growth@tessmonttechnologies.com mailbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta): messages you send us, and the notification of your inquiry to the Director.
- An email sending service, when enabled, for inquiry notifications and acknowledgements.
- A booking tool, when enabled, for the booking you make.
The site's code repository and our file drive hold no inquiry data.

Your rights, and withdrawing consent
- Ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and who it was shared with.
- Correct it, complete it or have it deleted.
- Withdraw your consent at any time. It is as easy as giving it: send "withdraw" on the same WhatsApp chat or to growth@tessmonttechnologies.com. We then stop using your details and delete them.
- Nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act.
- Raise a grievance with us; if it is not resolved, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Every request is handled within 90 days, across every place in the table above, and confirmed to you in writing.
If something goes wrong
If personal data is ever exposed, everyone affected is told without delay, in plain language: what happened, what it may mean for them, what we are doing and whom to contact. The Data Protection Board is informed without delay and receives the full report within 72 hours. A client whose data is involved is told the same day. The procedure is owned by CA Mohammed Baaqar Shariff, with Tasneem Taksali, Director and Brand Director, as deputy, and covers Command, the backup store, the growth@tessmonttechnologies.com mailbox and email service logs, WhatsApp, the booking tool and backups.
Visitors from the United States
Tessmont is not a business covered by the California Consumer Privacy Act: its revenue and the volume of personal data it handles are far below the law's thresholds. We still honor requests from any US state on the same terms as above, within 90 days. We do not sell or share personal information, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing.
Visitors from Europe
This site does not target the European Union and runs no advertising tags for visitors from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed at anyone under 18.
