A hospitality marketing agency fills the tables, rooms and event dates a venue already has, and measures the work in covers, bookings and event inquiries rather than likes. At Tessmont that work is delivered by Fork & Profit, our hospitality practice, which sets up the reply, booking and follow-up routine before it spends on ads. You see what the work produced, counted in bookings and inquiries every week.
Why do people message my restaurant but not book?
Most hospitality booking decisions are made in minutes. A guest messages three places on Instagram or WhatsApp, and the first clear answer with a time and a table wins. When the reply comes an hour later from a manager who was busy on the floor, the guest has already booked somewhere else.
So the first thing we look at is not the ads but the reply: who answers each channel, at which hours, and with what information in hand. Fork & Profit sets up quick replies, a booking link and a named owner for every channel, and Command records the time to first reply for each inquiry, so the gap is visible every week instead of guessed.
How do I fill weekdays without discounting?
Discounts fill a table once and teach guests to wait for the next offer. We test reasons to come on a slow day instead: a set lunch for nearby offices, a standing weekly event, a menu built for small groups, a corporate lunch account.
Each test runs for a fixed period with one measure agreed in advance, usually covers on the target day or inquiries for the offer. If it does not move that measure, it stops. The ones that work become part of the calendar, and the weekly report shows which days they filled.
What happens to corporate and party inquiries?
Group bookings carry the most revenue per inquiry and often get the least follow-up. A quote goes out, the planner goes quiet, and nobody asks again.
We treat every event inquiry as a small pipeline: acknowledged within the hour, quoted with a clear package, followed up on a fixed schedule, and marked won or lost with a reason. Ads for office parties and celebrations open a WhatsApp chat rather than a form, so the conversation starts where the planner already is. Command reports event inquiries, quotes sent and confirmed bookings by outlet.
Is there any proof this works for a venue?
The hospitality practice has one verified result, recorded in the results ledger with its period, its source and the stage it was verified to. It is one venue's result, not a promise about yours.
A result joins the ledger only with the owner's written consent. The ledger never names the client and never shows what they spent, so your own numbers stay private in the same way.
What the first ten days produce
- A reply-time test on every channel your venue uses, with the time to first reply logged for each inquiry.
- Your Google Business Profile, Instagram and WhatsApp checked against what a guest needs before booking: hours, menu, location and a way to reserve.
- A written list of the three fixes to make first, each with the measure it should move and the date we check it.
Practice lead: Fork & Profit.
How do you price?
Every engagement is scoped in writing before you pay anything, and the range is on our pricing page.
Do you work with single outlets or only groups?
Both. A single outlet gets the same reply, booking and reporting setup as a group, and for several outlets Command reports each one separately so a strong outlet cannot hide a weak one.
Why WhatsApp instead of a booking form?
Guests already plan meals and parties on WhatsApp, so a form adds a step between interest and a conversation. Our booking and event ads open a WhatsApp chat with quick replies, including one for guests who would rather be called back.
How soon do bookings change?
Faster replies and profile fixes can show in inquiries within the first weeks. Offer and ad tests need a full run of weekdays and weekends before we read them, and each report says which change is old enough to judge.
What do you need from us?
Access to your Google Business Profile, Instagram and ad accounts, one named person who answers inquiries, and your covers or bookings for recent months, so every month is compared with a month counted the same way.
How does Fork & Profit relate to Tessmont?
Fork & Profit is a Tessmont company and runs our hospitality work day to day, with the same Command reporting and the same results ledger rules as every other sector.
