Read the full Healthcare page
A healthcare marketing agency helps a clinic or hospital turn searches for a condition or treatment into appointment inquiries and bookings. At Tessmont we measure healthcare work in marketing terms only: inquiries, bookings and cost per inquiry, never anything about a patient's health. The work starts with how patients search and how fast the clinic replies, before money goes into ads.
Why do patients find my clinic and still book somewhere else?
Patients search for what they have, not for the name of a department. Someone with knee pain after running does not type 'orthopedics'. When the website and the Google listings are organized by department, the clinic is hard to find at the moment the patient is choosing.
We start by mapping the conditions and treatments your doctors handle to the words people actually search, then check whether each one has a clear page, a named doctor and a way to book. The gaps become the first list of work.
What happens to inquiries that arrive in the evening?
Many people read about a symptom after work and message a clinic late in the day. If the reply comes the next morning, the patient may already have booked with the clinic that answered first.
We set up a first reply that is fast and useful without giving medical advice: available slots, the doctor's name, and a way to book. Clinical questions go to the clinic's own staff. Command reports inquiries and bookings by department along with the time to first reply, so the evening gap is measured rather than guessed.
What do you measure, and what do you never touch?
We report three things: appointment inquiries, bookings and cost per inquiry, by department and by channel. We do not report or claim patient outcomes, recovery or treatment results, and no ad or page we write makes such a claim.
The data boundary is simple: we never receive or store medical records or health details, and Command holds only the count, source and date of each inquiry and booking.
How do doctor listings on Google affect bookings?
Each doctor and each location can have its own listing on Google, and patients read them closely: hours, specialties, languages spoken, photos and reviews. An incomplete or outdated listing sends calls to the wrong number or the wrong day.
We check every listing, correct the facts with the clinic, and set a monthly review so changes in timings or doctors reach Google the same week. Replies to reviews acknowledge the visit without discussing anyone's treatment.
What the first ten days produce
- A map of the conditions and treatments your doctors handle against the words patients search, with the missing pages listed.
- A check of every doctor and location listing on Google, with each wrong or missing fact noted.
- A timed test of the reply to an evening inquiry on each channel, and a written plan for the first three fixes.
How do you price?
Every engagement is scoped in writing before you pay anything, and the range is on our pricing page.
Do you need access to patient data?
No. We need the website, the Google listings, the ad accounts and a monthly count of bookings by source; names and health details stay with the clinic.
Do you write medical content?
We write pages about services, doctors and how to book. Anything clinical is written or approved by the clinic's own doctors before it goes live.
How do your ads stay within healthcare advertising rules?
Every ad and page avoids claims of cure, promised results and before-and-after comparisons, and the clinic approves each one before it runs.
Which kinds of healthcare businesses is this for?
Single-doctor practices, specialty and multi-specialty clinics, diagnostic centers and hospitals. The measures stay the same for all of them: inquiries, bookings and cost per inquiry.
How soon do inquiries change?
Listing corrections and faster replies can show in the first month; new pages and ads take longer, and each report says which change a result belongs to.
