An education marketing agency helps a school, college, coaching center or training institute reach families and students before they shortlist, answer their questions consistently, and see which campaigns produce enrollments. Tessmont builds that system and reports it in Command as admission inquiries, counseling sessions booked and enrollments, by program.
When should admissions marketing actually start?
Earlier than most institutions start it. Parents and students research for months before the admissions window opens: they visit websites, ask other parents, read reviews and settle on a shortlist. A campaign that begins when forms open is asking families who have already decided.
The approach maps the decision calendar for each program, from first research to shortlist to application, and plans content, open days and campaigns to meet families at each stage. The hypothesis the first review tests is whether starting in the research stage brings more counseling sessions from families who later enroll.
Why do parents get different answers from different staff?
Parents ask a predictable set of questions: fees and what they include, transport, curriculum, class size, safety, results, scholarships. When each counselor or receptionist answers from memory, the answers vary, and parents notice.
The work builds one approved answer sheet with the principal or admissions head, used by every counselor, published in part on the website and used for WhatsApp replies. Every inquiry then hears the same accurate answer, and staff spend less time on repeats.
How do we know which campaign produced an enrollment?
Inquiries arrive by phone, walk-in, WhatsApp, forms and fairs, and the enrollment happens weeks later, often in a different system. By then the source is lost.
Command records the source of every inquiry and follows it through counseling to enrollment, by program. The monthly report shows inquiries, sessions booked, enrollments and cost per enrollment, so budget can move to what enrolls students, not what produces calls.
Is this different for coaching, skills and online courses?
Yes. The decision is often the student's own, the cycle is shorter, and batches start more often. The same structure applies with a faster rhythm: a clear promise of what is taught and for whom, a free class or counseling session as the first step, and follow-up timed to the next batch.
What the first ten days produce
- Map the decision calendar for the lead program and mark when marketing currently starts against it.
- Draft the approved answer sheet for the questions families ask most, and agree it with the admissions head.
- Set Command to record the source of every inquiry and carry it through counseling to enrollment.
Do you work with pre-schools and daycare centers?
Yes. Parents choosing a pre-school usually decide close to home and trust visits and other parents, so local search, reviews and visit bookings carry most of the plan.
Can you help a study-abroad consultant?
Yes. The unit becomes counseling sessions and applications filed, and pages are written around the destination, the course and the student's situation.
Do you publish exam results or placement figures?
Only figures the institution can support from its own records, shown with the year and the basis, and never in a way that implies a result for any individual student.
