A construction and real estate marketing agency helps a developer, builder, interior firm or broker turn interest into site visits and qualified inquiries, rather than long lists of phone numbers that never pick up. Tessmont builds that system and reports it in Command as inquiries, site visits and the cost of each visit, project by project.
Why does my sales team spend its day on the wrong calls?
Property portals and broad social campaigns are good at producing volume. A large share of that volume is people browsing, comparing prices or far from a decision, and every one of them costs a sales executive a call.
The approach is to decide what a qualified inquiry means for each project, such as budget band, configuration, timeline and whether the buyer is local or buying from abroad, and to shape pages, forms and campaigns around it. The hypothesis the first review tests is whether fewer, better inquiries produce more site visits per sales hour.
What happens to an inquiry after the first call?
Property purchases take weeks or months, involve family decisions and often a loan. Buyers who are not ready on the first call are usually ready later, but only if someone stays in touch with something useful: construction progress, a sample flat opening, a revised payment plan.
The plan sets a follow-up sequence by buyer stage, on WhatsApp, phone and email, with a named owner for each inquiry. Command shows which inquiries have had no contact, so none are left behind.
Why does every new project start from zero?
Each launch tends to get a new name, a new website, a new campaign and a new list. The buyers, content and lessons from the last project are left behind.
The work builds a reusable launch kit: the developer's own brand pages, a buyer list that carries forward with consent, project pages on a shared structure, and a record of which channels produced visits last time. The next launch then starts with an audience and a baseline.
Does this work for builders, architects and interior firms too?
Yes, with a different unit. For a contractor, architect or fit-out firm the site visit becomes a consultation or a site survey, and proof comes from completed work shown with the owner's permission. Building materials dealers are closer to trade distribution and are planned around dealer and contractor inquiries.
What the first ten days produce
- Agree a written definition of a qualified inquiry for each active project with the sales head.
- Pull the last few months of inquiries into Command and mark which ones reached a site visit and which were never followed up.
- Set up a follow-up sequence and owner for every open inquiry that has gone quiet.
Do you still use property portals?
Where they send buyers who visit, yes. The first review compares portal inquiries with direct ones on the visit rate, not the lead count, and the budget moves to whichever route produces visits.
Can you reach buyers living abroad?
Yes. Buyers abroad search at different hours and often decide with family in India, so the plan covers time zones, video walkthroughs and a reply route that works outside office hours.
What about project registration details in ads?
Where registration with the state real estate regulator is required, the registration number and the regulator's website appear on project pages and ads as the rules require, and no ad goes live without them.
How do you price?
How we price is set out on one page, at /pricing/.
